We offer a mix of 30 minute HIIT sessions that include Circuits, BoxFit, Lift & Shift and Stretch & Core for the ultimate fitness endurance and 60 minute weighted circuit sessions in small groups to build on strength and mobility. If you’re not able to train at our facility in Stockport then we also have online coaching available which incorporates all of these styles of training.
All of our challenges and programmes come with our structured and easy to follow nutritional guidance, meal plans and recipe ideas. We’ll show you that achieving results doesn’t have to include a boring “diet” with our 3 phase nutrition plan that will be tailored to your individual needs. All members receive monthly meal plans and recipe packs.
We have created a community of members who support each other and help bring out a positive mindset. Having worked closely with thousands of people over the past 10 years we understand that without changing your mindset, habits and goals then you will stick in the same diet cycle you’ve been stuck in for years. We also have an in house mindset coach who can work more closely with people who have food addictions, anxiety and confidence struggles.
