LIANNE SYKES | SALES & MARKETING DIRECTOR

Lianne co-founded The Lean Body Project alongside Damien and is passionate in helping others become the best version of themselves.

She is also responsible for the marketing campaigns that showcase what #LBP offers, our clients amazing results and managing the Body Transformation Challenges.

LIAM QUINN | BODY TRANSFORMATION COACH

Liam is not your average body transformation coach. He knows exactly what it takes to get results, having transformed his own body into seriously good condition. After transforming his own body he wanted to help others do the same and so Liam coaches all of his clients through effective training methods, which not only provide guaranteed results but will help you to change your habits that will transform your life.

Liam is known for making his sessions fun and enjoyable whilst still pushing you to your limits, through his passion, commitment and focus to get you the results you have always wanted. His clients transformations speak for
themselves and receives nothing but praise from everyone who trains with him

CHRIS THORBURN | BODY TRANSFORMATION COACH

Chris has been in the fitness industry for over 15 years, which shows through his experience and knowledge in helping clients adopt the correct form when working out.

He brings a huge amount of energy to the sessions and you’re sure to be put through a great workout with a smile.

ALEXANDRA RIMMER | BODY TRANSFORMATION COACH

Alex started her own fitness journey a few years ago. After seeing the benefits training had on her own mentality as well as her physical health she realised how important it was to her to help others achieve these same goals.

Alex’s sessions are structured but fun and varied, pushing her clients to achieve their best and find that confidence that training gave her.

GEMMA PIPER | SALES MANAGER

Gemma will no doubt be your first point of call when you contact The Lean Body Project to start your journey. She will also be with you every step of the way to make sure that you have the best and most enjoyable time with us, whilst you work with the Body Transformation coaches.

RACHEL GEDDES | CUSTOMER RELATIONS EXECUTIVE

Rachel works closely with all of our clients throughout their journey with us and follows up regularly with you once you have started to make sure you are getting on okay. She also monitors all clients progress by taking pictures and measurements on a regular basis!

Rachel is also a qualified personal trainer and you’ll see her taking some of the HIIT sessions.

ERYN BARBER | SOCIAL MEDIA & MARKETING EXECUTIVE / COACH

Eryn loves to write and share her knowledge of all things health & fitness
related. She works closely with Damien on content and writes blogs to email out regularly to our clients and subscribers to help them with their journeys.

Eryn also looks after social media to make sure we keep you up to date on
everything you need to know Eryn is also qualified Personal Trainer and helps to cover sessions when your coach is on annual leave to make sure that you don’t miss out on any training time.
