So that is why we have created an online community for you to stay connected with us all the time, not just whilst you are at the gym.  You will be training in a group of up to 20 people so a great way to make lots of new friends and plenty of us to support each other too.

    We are passionate about results and use various high intensity interval training techniques. You will be in a group of no more than 20 people and can train with us up to 7 times a week. Sessions are 30 minutes (trust me that’s all you need).  Every session is fun, different and over before you know it so you will never get bored, just motivated as you start to see results

WHAT IS HIGH INTENSITY INTERVAL TRAINING?

ONE OF THE MOST POPULAR TRAINING TECHNIQUE'S FOR FAT BURN AND MUSCLE TONING, WITHOUT SPENDING HOURS IN THE GYM!

HIIT, or high-intensity interval training, is a training technique in which you give all-out, one hundred percent effort through quick, intense bursts of exercise, followed by short, sometimes active, recovery periods. This type of training gets and keeps your heart rate up and burns more fat in less time

1. Increases Your Metabolism
Combing high intensity with interval training results in EPOC (Excess Post Oxygen Consumption / aka After Burn), which speeds your metabolic rate and translates into a metabolism boost for up to 48 hours after a complete HIIT routine.
