THE LEAN BODY PROJECT

KICKSTART | ACCELERATE | MAINTAIN

PHASE 1: KICKSTART

The Lean Body Project starts with Phase 1: Kickstart, where we will coach you through changing your habits to reset your hormones and take you through our detox program. As body transformation coaches we understand how important nutrition, mindset and consistency is to your results and so we put them all together along with your training into a program that most suits you.

If you live, work or can travel to Stockport (Houldsworth Mill, SK5 6DA) then you will be able to look into our Large Group Training or Semi Private Personal Training Programs.  If you are not local, then you can still achieve awesome results by following our online programs. All our Kickstart programs provide you with a 30 page nutrition & detox manual, support and coaching - but they differ on the training provided;

HIIT = Large group training of up to 20 people in 30 minute sessions, over 7 days a week. Training is provided in person by our Body Transformation Coaches and is focused on High Intensity Interval Training - great for fat burn and fitness.

SEMI PRIVATE PT = Training in groups of up to 6 people in 30-60 minute sessions, 2-3x a week.  Training is provided in person by our Body Transformation Coaches and is focused on both weight training and HIIT, to really push your results and sculpt your body into your ideal shape.

ONLINE = Training is provided through 10 minute daily HIIT workouts, sent to you each morning via email. You'll receive both a workout video and the exercised listed so you can follow along easily at home (anywhere in the world!)

  • Stockport: 28 Day Body Transformation Program (HIIT & Semi Private Personal Training)
  • Online: 30 Day Shred (Online Personal Training)

PHASE 2: ACCELERATE

Once you have completed the Kickstart program you will be invited to join Phase 2: Acclerate!! This is where we take your results to another level with our advanced training and nutrition plans

You'll be provided with the Emergency Fat Loss Plan and An Introduction to Carb Cycling where we focus more on fat loss and developing your habits, as well as the continued training and support you experience during the Kickstart.

In the Semi Private Training Program - your Body Transformation Coach will discuss with you the best option to move forward based on your results and tailor the plans to suit you.

If you are following the Online program then you will be coached through the plans via email and within the support groups.

 

PROGRAMS AVAILABLE TO JOIN;

  • Stockport: Become a Member of our HIIT Club (Large Group Training)
  • Stockport: 6 or 12 Week Body Transformation Program (Semi Private Personal Training)
  • Online: 60 Day Accelerate (Online Personal Training)

PHASE 3: MAINTAIN

Our final phase: Maintain, helps you to focus on continuing with the habits we have introduced throughout the Kickstart & Accelerate program.

You will understand now the perfect diet and lifestyle for you and be in a really good routine with your regular training and positive mindset.  The worst thing you could do now would be to go back to the way you were before so we have introduced our Members Club for both Stockport and Online at reduced monthly rates for you to maintain your results and happiness!
