The Lean Body Project starts with Phase 1: Kickstart, where we will coach you through changing your habits to reset your hormones and take you through our detox program. As body transformation coaches we understand how important nutrition, mindset and consistency is to your results and so we put them all together along with your training into a program that most suits you.
If you live, work or can travel to Stockport (Houldsworth Mill, SK5 6DA) then you will be able to look into our Large Group Training or Semi Private Personal Training Programs. If you are not local, then you can still achieve awesome results by following our online programs. All our Kickstart programs provide you with a 30 page nutrition & detox manual, support and coaching - but they differ on the training provided;
HIIT = Large group training of up to 20 people in 30 minute sessions, over 7 days a week. Training is provided in person by our Body Transformation Coaches and is focused on High Intensity Interval Training - great for fat burn and fitness.
SEMI PRIVATE PT = Training in groups of up to 6 people in 30-60 minute sessions, 2-3x a week. Training is provided in person by our Body Transformation Coaches and is focused on both weight training and HIIT, to really push your results and sculpt your body into your ideal shape.
ONLINE = Training is provided through 10 minute daily HIIT workouts, sent to you each morning via email. You'll receive both a workout video and the exercised listed so you can follow along easily at home (anywhere in the world!)
