One of the most frequently asked questions or struggles that people have is what to have for breakfast
If i could make one important suggestion to people it would be to totally rethink breakfast and re program your typical breakfast habits and rituals
Ideally with any kind of weight loss plan you should aim to keep your protein intake high to ensure that you can maintain muscle tone and not end up looking ‘skinny fat’
Typically people eat a high carbohydrate and sugar based breakfast and then struggle to hit their recommended protein intake throughout the rest of the day
Remember if you want to be lean and toned then protein is your friend, and to reach your daily recommended target then its a good move to make your breakfast protein based
