I pretty much didn’t eat cereal for years when I was ‘clean eating’
In fact I pretty much cut out all carbs for years
I was in pretty good shape and a pretty good weight but not like I am now
But I literally avoided everything cos it wasn’t considered ‘clean’
No bread, pasta, rice, potatoes, or cereals
No wheat dairy or gluten
I would do this for weeks on end and then boom I would eat abs drink like a dick head
To be fair I still drink like a dick head now but that’s another story
Back then I used to think eating and drinking alcohol or any of that stuff I mentioned was ‘bad’
This then leads to feelings or guilt and failure and a bad association with foods
Yes even I went through this
Everything I know about training and nutrition is because I have been my own guinea pig
Iv tried abs tested probably more diets, pills and potions than u have even heard of over the years
Ultimately they are all bull shit. A waste of money and a waste of time!
“Calorie fucking deficit”
That’s THE ONLY thing that matters and that is an absolute FACT
U can literally eat and drink whatever u want abs technically still lose weight
If ur current diet is 3 maccies a day and u cut down to 2 u will lose weight
FACT
Now obviously I’m not suggesting anybody does that cos eating shit all the time will still make u feel and look like shit
Eating the same amount of calories from ‘good clean foods’ will obviously make u feel and look a lot better
But that doesn’t mean that u can’t still enjoy a flexible balanced lifestyle eating and drinking the things u want and like
When u enjoy what u eat and drink u don’t feel like ur on a diet
U don’t feel the need to cheat and binge and fall off the wagon
And u don’t feel like ur continuously failing over and over again
